– 400mL de lait de coco
– 2g d’agar agar
– 125g de framboises
1. Faites chauffer le lait de coco dans une casserole.
2. Ajoutez l’agar agar, mélangez et portez à ébullition deux minutes.
3. Versez la préparation dans des ramequins individuels et laissez reposer 1h au frais.
4. En parallèle, réalisez le coulis en faisant chauffer 100g de framboises à la casserole.
5. Ecrasez les framboises à la fourchette et passez-les au tamis fin pour obtenir une texture lisse.
6. Laissez refroidir le coulis puis versez-le sur les panna cotta.
7. Décorez les desserts avec les framboises restantes.
