– 400g de tofu rosso
– 1,4kg de tomates
– 10cL de crème fraîche
– feuilles de lasagnes
– levure de bière
1. Coupez les tomates en dés et faites-les revenir à la poêle 10 minutes avec un couvercle.
2. Ajoutez le tofu émietté et mélangez.
3. Dressez les lasagnes en alternant les couches de la préparation et de feuilles de lasagnes.
4. Terminez en recouvrant de crème fraîche puis de levure de bière.
5. Enfournez pour 30 minutes à 200°C.
